The lovely ladies at my school threw us a beautiful baby shower. Lisa made and decorated two delicious cakes.
The color scheme was pink and blue... but I swear we didn't know it when we got dressed that morning!
Tamika made fabulous balloon arrangements for the decorations!
The shower games were so much fun. Daniel and I raced to see who could change the baby the fastest.

I'm reluctant to say it, Brie, but Daniel clearly won.
...in the following categories: speed, baby head flopping, and twist-a-blanket.
Say what you will about everything else, but my swaddling technique was untouchable. That baby was wrapped to the perfect tautness – cozy and warm but not overly constricted.
